Large scale affordable residential development project, comprising of 640 freestanding 3-bedroom and 4-bedroom homes, within a private gated estate, aimed at the aspirational middle-class demographic on the urban boundary of Johannesburg in South Africa. This was a full turnkey project which included all the design, feasibility, construction, project management, marketing and sales done in-house with a project value of approximately $50million.
