Large scale mixed-use mega-city development project, comprising of 5500 Residential opportunities, 8 Commercial opportunities, Primary School, High School and Tertiary Education opportunities, and various community facility sites. Aimed at various demographics from entry-level affordable housing for first time home buyers, to a retirement estate and luxury country homes, on the north coast of Kwa-Zulu Natal in South Africa. Initially started as an investment project with a 10-year lifecycle, the project valued at over $1billion was taken from partially zoned land to a fully packaged, approved, and designed urban masterplan, with first phase show units and infrastructure constructed, and debt funding of $200million secured before selling off to an investment company.
