We manage both our own property developments as well as for high net worth clients and corporate entities looking for a set of safe hands to deliver their projects. This includes tailored joint venture partnerships with land owners who desire to develop their land but do not necessarily have the know-how or capital to deliver a project by themselves. In such circumstances, as with all of our projects, the aim is always to truly create win-win outcomes.

Each and every development begins with communication between all parties prior to us conducting a feasibility study, to determine the best use of the land in question.

    Greg Venter

    DIRECTOR

    After launching a successful insurance brokerage business in South Africa at the age of just 24, Greg and his team grew the business into one of the largest independent national insurance brokers in the country before its sale in 2016. Greg now boasts over three decades of experience in business and property.

    Alongside a passion for strategic growth and relationship management, Greg developed a strong interest in property development through numerous personal property investments.

    Since relocating to Australia in 2016, Greg has actively pursued property development projects across NSW, WA, and QLD, bringing expertise in strategic planning, negotiation, finance, and client relationship management to each venture.

    Mark Marsden

    DIRECTOR

    After a successful property development career in South Africa, Mark has recently moved with his family to the Sunshine Coast, where he now holds a position as a Director at Interplan Property Development.

    Mark previously held a Senior Development Manager position and now has more than 5 years’ experience, managing large scale residential projects. Having had a key role in his previous property development company in South Africa, he headed the Johannesburg office and managed various business departments which, in addition to construction, development and project management, included the in-house architectural team, graphic design team, marketing team, and deal-making and sales team.

    In addition to being an experienced development manager, Mark has a master’s degree in architecture and is a professional architect with more than 10 years’ experience in the construction and architectural industry, working on a range of different projects and specialising in the large-scale residential, commercial, and mixed-use development sector, with numerous successfully delivered multi-million-dollar projects

    Keri Venter

    DIRECTOR

    Keri brings a dynamic blend of strategic vision and creative expertise to property development. She began her career in South Africa as a strategic client account executive for the country’s largest advertising agency, where she honed her skills in client management and project execution over 15 years.

    Driven by a passion for design, Keri transitioned into interior design and decorating work, managing a range of high-profile projects that earned features in international home and design magazines.

    Since relocating to Australia in 2016, Keri has been instrumental in property development, focusing on interior design and crafting beautiful, functional spaces that elevate each project.

    Stephan Van Der Walt

    DIRECTOR

    Stephan is the founder and Managing Director of Walt Construction, a boutique building and construction company based in the Noosa and Sunshine Coast region of Queensland, Australia.

    He holds a degree in project management and a background in property economics. He is a third-generation professional in the construction and property sector.
