Multiple large scale residential projects comprising of 1, 2, and 3-bedroom sectional title apartments, clubhouse and lifestyle facilities, within private gated estates, aimed at the middle-class demographic in the major urban areas of Johannesburg, Pretoria, and Ekurhuleni in South Africa. Each project consisted of 1500 apartments on average with project values of approximately $110million per estate/project.
