Multiple large scale residential projects comprising of 1, 2, and 3-bedroom sectional title apartments, clubhouse and lifestyle facilities, within private gated estates, aimed at the middle-class demographic in the major urban areas of Cape Town in South Africa. Each project consisted of 350 apartments on average with project values of approximately $25million per estate/project.
