Multiple unit luxury residential development project, comprising of 22 freestanding 3-bedroom and 4-bedroom homes, within a private gated estate environment overlooking the Indian Ocean, and coastal forests on the north coast of Kwa-Zulu Natal in South Africa. This was a full turnkey project which included the conceptual design, feasibility, construction, project management, marketing and sales done in-house with a project value of approximately $9million.
